Conscious presence in your own woman's body, and the discovery of your pleasure.
Join the circleOur womb is constantly communicating with us.
But most often we can not recognise her voice. She mumbles, her voice is unknown to us, forgotten.
To feel again that sensuality, that delight of being yourself
- in this body, in this phase of life.
Beautiful, strong, aware, agentic, sexual Me.
just as I am

We teach the nervous system that it is safe - strengthening and releasing the space of the womb and heart.

Powerful healing through your own touch - returning sensation to the places that went numb.

Loosening what has been sitting in the hips and pelvis, with micro and macro movement.
Practice with the body through movement, breath and touch.

pleasure has become something you put off until later
you feel a story moving in you that is not yours
your breath stops high and never comes down to your womb
you want to feel your body move when nobody wants anything from you
you know your womb speaks to you - and you want to learn her language
you are looking for the one in you who can love you the way you need
You are my teacher through the lands of the womb.

[The workshop] definitely helped me notice and respond to the needs of my body.

I felt strongly that a lot transforms through my womb, and that I need to take better care of clearing that space regularly.

For years I gave my pleasure away. To men. To work. To achieving. To being in the world a certain way.
In 2018 a Mexica priestess reminded me of the power of my hormonal cycle and how it is written into the seasons. Then she told me: go back to your roots. The deep work of the feminine you will learn here - from the land you come from, from your mother, from your grandmothers.
So I went back. And I am still going back.
My approach comes from cycle literacy, energetic womb qualities, yoni yoga, sakta tantra, sensual somatic work, trauma-informed facilitation, yoni dearmouring and hands-on healing. And from 5Rhythms, breathwork and water rituals.
I am a cultural anthropologist. My master's thesis was an auto-ethnography of the female body in the Church - seven years studying what culture does to a body before that body gets to speak.
Like water - powerful and violent, gentle and yielding, patient and rough - so am I, so are you, so are we as women.
Every session is recorded and you receive the recording. I record only the guided part and the practices - never the sharing circle.
No. It is practice and a circle. I work trauma-informed, which means I know how to hold safety in this space - but I do not replace therapy and I do not run a therapeutic process.
It may be, and that is yours to decide. The practices are gentle, everything is an invitation, nothing is required. If you are in therapy, tell your therapist before you enrol. If you would rather speak with me first, write and we will take fifteen minutes.
Cyclicality does not end with menstruation, and the womb does not stop speaking after a procedure. The practices can be adapted - write before you enrol and tell me what is happening, and I will tell you honestly whether this is the right moment.

No. You need a place where nobody will interrupt you for two hours, and a willingness to be with yourself.
Your body says no, and you hear it the first time.
Your hips know how to move - and they move to express and process your deepest emotions.
Pleasure is not the reward at the end of the day. It is what you breathe in the middle of it.
No phase of life closes the door on sensuality. Not the one you are in now.
You walk into a room and you do not make yourself smaller.

Water was my first source of pleasure. I did not know it then. I did not know until I was told not to do it.
