Please read this first. I wrote this page myself, with help from an AI assistant, from what my work and my site actually do. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and it is not legal advice. It is a plain statement of what I offer and on what footing, so that you know where you stand before you pay me anything. If something here is wrong, unclear, or does not match what you were promised, tell me - what I said to you directly matters more to me than what a page says.
Who you are dealing with
Yin Rhythms is my own practice, run by me, Anna Teresa Kopacz, from Chêne-Bougeries in the canton of Geneva, Switzerland. I work as an independent - there is no company behind me and no team. When you write, you reach me. hello@yinrhythms.com
These terms cover what you buy or register for through www.yinrhythms.com, and the participant room that comes with it. The separate privacy page covers what happens to your name and your email. By registering or paying, you are agreeing to what is on this page.
The free gatherings
They are free, and they stay free. You register, Zoom sends you your own way in, and you come or you do not. Nothing is owed either way.
Once in a while a gathering will have to move or be cancelled - illness, or something in my own life. If that happens I will tell everyone registered as early as I can, and offer the new date.
A gathering is not therapy and it is not medical care. Come as you are, take what is useful, and leave what is not.
The paid containers
A container is a group that meets live over a stretch of weeks. The Harvest is five sessions between 28 July and 15 September 2026 at CHF 396, with the container running to 18 September, and it includes the recordings, the practices between sessions, and the participant room where all of it lives.
What you receive
- A place in the live sessions, and your own way into them.
- The recording of each session, in the participant room, for as long as that room stays open. I will give notice before ever closing one.
- The practices and materials that belong to the container.
- Me, present and prepared, at every session.
What I ask of you
- Your place is yours alone. Please do not pass your entry link, the recordings, or the materials to anyone else. They are for you, and the group's trust rests on that.
- What is said in the room stays in the room. What you carry away from your own experience is entirely yours to speak about; another woman's words are hers.
- Please do not record the sessions yourself.
The sessions are recorded
I record each session so that the women who could not be there still receive it. If your camera or your microphone is on, you are in that recording, and the other women in the container will see and hear you. You are free to keep both off, and to say at any point that you would rather not be recorded - tell me and we will find a way.
A recording goes only to the women who were in that container, and nowhere else. It is never published, never used to sell anything, and never shown to anyone outside the room. The system is built so that it cannot be: the recordings live in a private store with no public address, and the only way to reach one is through a link signed for you, in the moment, that expires shortly after. What was said in that room stays in that room, and that is a technical fact as well as a promise.
If you cannot make a session
Come to what you can. The recording will be there, and the container is built to hold a woman who misses an evening. There is nothing to explain to me.
How access to the room works, and when it ends
There is no password. You type your email address at the door and a link arrives in your inbox that lets you in - which means access follows your email address, and it is the address you paid with that opens the room.
Your access lasts while the room is open. It ends if you are refunded or if you dispute a charge: my system removes you from the container's group, which closes both the room and the letters that belong to it. It happens automatically and it tells me, so you will hear from me rather than simply find the door shut. Being refunded a container never removes you from anything free - the letters, a gathering, the field notes are untouched, because you asked for your money back on one thing, not to be forgotten.
I can also close access - and I would rather say it now than improvise it - if the entry link or the material is shared outside the container, or if someone's conduct makes the room unsafe for the other women in it. That is a last resort and I would talk to you first.
If you change your mind
Fourteen days, and before the second session: your money back, no reason needed. Write to me and it is done. You do not have to justify it, and I will not ask you to.
After that point I do not refund as a rule, and I want to be straightforward about why. By then the group has formed around a certain number of women, the material has been received, and the work has begun. That is what you paid for and it cannot be handed back.
But rules are not the whole of it. If something real happens in your life - illness, a loss, something that makes continuing genuinely impossible - write to me. I would rather find a way with you, whether that is a credit toward something later, or the recordings to take at your own pace, or simply your money back because it is the right thing. I have never wanted a woman to feel trapped in a room she cannot be in.
If I am the one who cannot continue
If I have to cancel a session, I will reschedule it. If I cannot, that part of what you paid comes back to you. If I had to end a container altogether, you would be refunded for everything not delivered, without you having to chase me for it.
Self-paced material
For anything you buy to keep and work through in your own time, rather than live with a group: fourteen days from purchase, your money back, no reason needed.
If you are a consumer in the EU
EU law gives you a fourteen-day right to withdraw from something bought at a distance, and it lets you agree to start receiving digital content immediately, which can end that right early. I am not going to use that clause to take the window away from you: the fourteen days above are what I offer everyone, whatever your country's law happens to require of me. Where your own law gives you more than this page does, your law wins.
Paying
Prices are shown in Swiss francs and the price you see is the price you pay - there is nothing added at the end. I am not registered for Swiss VAT, so no VAT is charged and none appears on anything I send you.
Payment is taken by Stripe on their own pages, and I never see your card.
If your bank ever charges you twice, or something goes wrong with a payment, write to me before disputing it with your bank. I will almost certainly fix it faster than they will.
What this work is, and what it is not
This is educational and somatic work: attention, practice, and accompaniment. It is not medical care, not psychotherapy, not financial advice, and not a substitute for any of them. I am not diagnosing anything, I am not treating anything, and nothing in a container about money is a recommendation about what to do with yours.
You stay responsible for your own body and your own choices in the room. Move at your own pace, stop when you need to, and if you are being treated for something, keep your own practitioner in the loop. If you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or living with a condition that movement affects, please talk to your doctor before joining, and to me if it would help.
I do not promise a particular outcome. I promise to show up prepared, to hold the room with care, and to be honest with you.
What I am answerable for
I am answerable for doing this work with care, and for what I actually promised you. If I cause you harm through my own intent or serious carelessness, I carry that - Swiss law does not let anyone sign that away, and I would not want to.
Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows: I am not answerable for the choices you make in your own life after a session, for what another participant does or says, or for a service I depend on failing - Zoom going down mid-session, an email that lands in a spam folder, the site being unreachable for an afternoon. Where something like that costs you the thing you paid for, the honest remedy is the one above: I reschedule it, or I refund what was not delivered. That is the measure of it, rather than a number I would invent here.
Nor am I able to guarantee the technical things I do not own. The room, the recordings and the site sit on services I have chosen carefully, and they are still someone else's machines.
The words, images and practices
The writing, the recordings, the practices and the photographs are mine, and they stay mine. What you receive is a personal permission to use them for your own life and your own practice - not to pass on, not to sell, and not to teach as your own.
You are welcome to quote a line with my name on it. Please do not reproduce a practice, a recording or a body of text as your own, or teach my material as a course of your own without asking me. Asking is usually all it takes.
Whatever you write, say or share in a container remains yours. I do not claim it, and I do not use it publicly - not as a testimonial, not as an example, not anonymised - unless you tell me I may.
If something goes wrong between us
Write to me first. Genuinely - most things dissolve in one honest exchange, and I would far rather have that conversation than any other kind.
If that does not resolve it, these terms are governed by Swiss law, and the courts of Geneva have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in the EU, this does not take away the protections your own country's law gives you, or your right to bring a matter before the courts where you live.
If one part of this page turned out not to hold, the rest of it still does.
If these terms change
The date at the top changes with them, and a change never applies backwards to something you have already bought. What you agreed to when you paid is what holds.
with warmth,
Anna Teresa
