Something finally has a name and a home

For a long time this work didn't have a name or an address! It was a practice I did only for me and with me, then in zoom rooms with women, a few times in person during retreat. And for a while, much longer than I had planned, it lived quietly, unnamed, growing in the way things grow when they aren't ready to be seen yet. But now ... !

Yin Rhythms is my life's work. The one I have been hiding from and preparing for all the same while.

Yin Rhythms is an inquiry into the living intelligences that modern life taught us to distrust - the body, emotion, intuition, need, cycle, pleasure, relationship, reciprocity, beauty - and the practice of remembering our way back to trusting life and our unique rhythms. Everything I do will be living here - the gatherings, the writing, the podcast, the one to one work, the research, the deeper work ...

There are layers inside this landscape. Yin Resourcing is the one where we explore our way of resourcing, ourselves, our communities, the collective. YINtentions is the landscape layer of exploration - it's the stories of women told on the podcast back for 2nd season on 1 August, it's this newsletter shared like field notes from the exploration, the living library of resources on all related topics. YINtuition is the practice layer, the somatic intelligence sessions, the movement practices (coming in Sept 2026); it is here we remember and learn one's multitude of intelligence, living in the body, in the emotions, in the energetics and in the soul. And much more to come.

But lately this space has been mostly about money. More on that this week.
